I was on DTO/DTW the other day and a passenger at the window asked me who made her drink. I told her it was Partner A and the passenger told me to relay the message that the drink was “the shit.” I told this immediately to Partner A while standing next to the open window. The passenger corrected me and said “this drink is *legit*.” Roaring with laughter I shrugged and relayed the correct message, and a good time was had by all.

Someone said I'm the only one they want making thier funnle cake fraps, and now I like making fraps

Yesterday someone asked for a dry cappuccino and smiled in surprise and told me it was perfect when I handed it out. It's so nice when people appreciate your craft

This!! A couple days ago, I was on register and some older lady was asking me all kinds of questions about if we still had pineapple and what I think she'd like. I offered the pineapple matcha, and the guava passion fruit drink, but she really wanted a Frappuccino. I told her we don't really have a pineapple Frappuccino but we have our pineapple ginger syrup that we can add to whatever she wanted (ultimately being a strawberries and cream frap with the pineapple ginger syrup). And a little later on after she had gotten her drink, she made sure to get my attention and give me a thumbs up and a smile!

One time I got a phone call from a customer telling us we made his drink perfectly. Another time a woman ordered a Pink Drink in the drive-thru and said, "I could marry the person who made this drink!"
