My store's air conditioning is out right now and we only have 3 partners on the floor in a high density area in 83 degree heat 😩. Just by our one oven alone it's 90 degrees. We're dying but the SM says it's not bad enough to close. I literally feel like the last drink I made I might have accidentally dripped sweat into it 😭

They would definitely still fire me 😂 I don't need to work at Starbucks because I get military disability zay but I've never been fired from a job and I don't want to start now

I’m a barista in OH as well ☹️ It’s been rough these past couple days, you guys absolutely shouldn’t be working in those conditions. It puts you all in danger & is a major OSHA violation (and they do not fuck around). I would have left & called. You guys deserve better

I’d leave, and call OSHA when you hit the door. If they do fire you it’s retaliation at that point
