So I was by myself in drive thru the other day and a woman drove up and ordered a Venti flat white with 5 pumps vanilla. Pretty simple but she emphasized that she NEEDED the 5 pumps of vanilla and I assured her that the bar partners would make it right since it's on the sticker. She pulled forward and I kept handing out and taking orders.

She came up to the window and I took her payment, I was waiting for her drink and the bar partner was pretty busy with mobiles and other things, so I finished up her drink myself (the shots and milk were already ready, I got the syrup myself tho!) so I know the vanilla was in there.

I handed her the drink and she was like "Are you sure this was made correctly? Because its almost always wrong and I need it to be sweet, I can't drink it if it tastes too much like coffee." At that point my face just lost all expression lol I told her I made sure it was made correctly and then she pulled the stopper out, took a sip and shoved it at me and told me it was wrong and she COULDNT drink it 🙂

i made her another one with 7 pumps of vanilla and she took it but she was pissed. I don't even understand why she gets a flat white if she doesn't like coffee, and if it's always wrong when she gets it maybe she just doesn't like the drink?
