While they aren’t technically against the dress code it might not be the best idea. Demonias aren’t work shoes, they are party shoes. They would fall apart after 1 or 2 shifts. You slip and trip all the time in regular shoes and the demonias would make you fall. Even the lower platform get hard to work in after a while and they don’t make non-slip shoes. If you want a good pair of shoes that are a little on the expensive side I would suggest doc martens. They are made for work and have nonslip options!

I’m looking at these shoes and they look like they would be tough on your ankles at work. A pair of Doc Martens or a Doc Marten a like will be helpful.
