We've been getting so many frapps with no ice orders for delivery it's weird.

I’ve had this happen a couple times with deliveries. I call them and I tell them we can’t make it without ice because ice is a core component in the build of the beverage. Without ice, it’s literally frapp roast and milk with whipped cream. If they don’t answer, they’re getting a coffee frap built to standard.

No, I make it exactly as ordered. Frapp roast, milk to the line, pumps base, whip on top. No one ever picks up the phone when you call anyways, so standard it is.

If they aren’t cafe and they ask for no ice in a frap, I’ll just make it standard/light ice and remake it if they ask. Deliveries can deal :/

We had a mobile order the other day for two Frappuccinos with no ice. My SM didn't make them.

Ive had this ordered and they got angry why it looked more like an iced coffee. Had to explain what a frap was and in the end they just wanted a reg coffee frap with less ice
