At our store I know we only take prepaid orders for travelers with 24 hour notice.

I work around the corner from a hospital and this is a nightly routine with nurses. None of them ever tip and 90% of the time try to order TikTok drinks but don’t know how to make them or we’re out of something and the person they send has to try to get them on the phone to find out a substitute. 3 times I’ve gotten out late because of them and my DM gives us grief about it.

That’s insane! I thought we had it bad when we had a rush of cafe customers last Sunday afternoon, one a lady who wanted two decaf travelers. We couldn’t even find traveler boxes so we told her sorry. Soooo, I’m guessing this customer was still waiting after you locked up? Couldn’t pull out cash?
