i have had troubles with a certain male supervisor for a majority of my time working for starbucks(almost a year and 3 months). i’ve been debating transferring/quitting for soo long, but i’m pretty sure i’m going to be moving within the next 2 months. is it reasonable to transfer to a new store for just 8 weeks or should i just quit? after i move i am not planning on staying with the company, and my work conditions right now are.. i’m just very uncomfortable, and i work with him every shift. thoughts? opinions?

Contact the Partner Relations ASAP. Write down all the times hes made you uncomfortable/made comments/when you felt he made situations not work friendly. If you have to, talk to your DM because thats not ok for you to feel unsafe at work.

i brought it up with my sm and dm months ago and he got written up for something else(not related to my situation). my sm recently got fired and my dm didn’t really do anything :/

I've had this happen at a job and i know how trapped it can make one feel. Honestly if your district is in that bad of shape, id say start working at another store. Its not worth it to stay there, your mental and physical well being is more important.
