its my fourth day of training and my coffeeshop doesnt have any kind of training book and i cant rmbr the different size pump numbers and theres so manyyy and i have 0 resources and im super anxious to go into work bc of it :( if anyone has any resources i would greatly appreictae it!!! thansk

I have a link to a folder with Starbucks tips and tricks. It's all pictures so you may have to copy things onto index cards or print them out as index cards. Lemme know if you can't access it.

Keep in mind a few things on those cards seem to be outdated! Blonde drinks and cappuccinos get the regular amount of pumps, not one less anymore

No problem! Also if you ever have issues, always talk to your fellow baristas! They're usually willing to help you out.
Also, if you print these in the size of regular 4x6inch index cards or write them on index cards... they fit perfectly in an apron pocket. 😊 really useful if you forget something although I recommend laminating them OR covering them in packing tape... otherwise they'll get trashed pretty quickly.

So many new people are posting on here for training materials. If your store is not training you, quit. If they are, trust the process and do not work off the clock!!

Green bean here! I was left alone on my second opening shift alone(mid called out and no one told me) if I can’t ask I use the 2-3-4 method and have never had a drink returned. Always ask if you can but 2-3-4 is almost always the answer.
