I'm doing a couple first sips in a few days and I'm wondering what coffee I should use for cold brew. I personally like mixing Casi Cielo and Decaf Sumatra ( I can't have a lot of caffeine). But my manager wants me to use a Starbucks core coffee. Any Suggestions?
