Green bean here. Today my trainer gave me my blank name tag and wrote my name but it got erase after my shift. Question: what is the best pen/paint to use to write my name permanent? Thank you so much! (self.starbucksbaristas)

A previous Partner once made everyone custom name tags, they used Nail Polish with a clear coat on top of it after letting it dry, about 2 1/2 years later mines still held up!

I use my Cricut to make mine!

I did the same! I’ve got 2 and they’re both holding up well!

The one I made with acrylic paint is my pride and joy. I get compliments all the time, it was less of a pain than the chalk markers, and I stuck it in the wash on accident one day and it was fine!

I use sharpie oil based paint markers on mine. They don’t come off if they’re run through the washer and dryer :) If you make a mistake you can use some rubbing alcohol and it will erase your mistakes :)

I put a peace of tape over my name tag and it’s been thru the wash my name is still on it

My SM gave us each one that she designed. I think she used acrylic paint

They should have chalk pens for the signs at the store. That’s what our new partners use

If you plan on staying for over 6 months get your aprons embroidered, just make sure its appropriately sized, white block font. I think it looks great.
