Hey Partners 🤠
How y'all doing? I'm still new to the job and I'm always looking for ways to brighten up a customers day! I'm looking for some cool/unique greeting to use while I'm working in drive thru instead of just the usual "Welcome to Starbucks, what can I get started for you today 😁"
I've started using the drive thru camera when I have a chance which the customers seem to love but I just want to do more to improve those customer connections!!
Also! While I have downtime I've been writing some cute messages on cups, anyone have any ideas of what I could write? I love puns so those are always a plus!

I “always say welcome to the best Starbucks this side of the Mississippi” or welcome to Starbucks where the drinks are hot but the baristas are hotter 😂

One thing I love to do in my downtime is doodle on cups. my favorite is to draw the house and balloons from up since its simple yet instantly recognizable. I also looked up quick doodles and have been practicing to find simple and fast things to do that I can relate to the customer.
But honestly? Even just drawing a little happy face on someone's cup can brighten their day, and that's something I can do over and over again. no worries about monotony, since it's all different people every time!

I love that!! I don't consider myself artistic in that way, but I can definitely manage a smiley face 😁

I don't see myself as artistic either, but even simple, poorly done doodles can make someone just a little bit happier. it's the thought that counts, right?
