We had a customer with a UHAUL trailer come through the drive through and absolutely demolish our screen and mic/camera. the whole thing fell out of the frame and i watched it in grainy color 🥲. one second i’m getting chastised for not realizing she wasn’t close enough to the speaker box for me to hear her order, the next i’m staring at the menu screen while metal crunches in my ear.
long story short, we have no drive through temporarily, and the lady yelled at us as if it was our fault.

i totally agree. but everyone was talking about it and it’s unlikely that starbucks will make her pay anything. they’d rather have a customer for life and someone to tell their friends how wonderful they are than get short term money. i’m sure uhaul will charge her money for damaging their trailer but who knows

Oml this happened at my store like a month ago, she hit our box but luckily didn’t damage it. I hope you guys got her information she needs to help get that fixed. Also should be banned for being an idiot
