Date your sandwich pull? Sharpies always get wet and don’t work, my store has also tried stickers but those get wet and fall off.

Just date the tray they are on? When you go to use them then date them or just use the dated tray. Just dont mix dates and if you do, use the sticker gun.

The day dots work just fine for us, if they’re getting wet the products are most likely not being thawed properly.

My current store uses a sticker gun but I first became a shift at my old store I was taught to just date dot the trays for pastries and just use the day dot sticker for the sandwiches for the day they go out that week.
