Question about dress code (self.starbucksbaristas)

I just got the job offer email (yay!!) and reviewed the dress code. I am aware of the mandatory color palette; does this apply to shoes, too? Or can I wear colorful shoes to accent my neutral clothes?

Pretty sure it does. However, I’d avoid white cause those bitches are gonna get so stained.

Adding, not even just avoid white. Make sure they’re comfy and supportive) being on your feet 8 hrs sucks) ideally liquid resistant to some extent (puddles, splashes) and can be somewhat can be easily cleaned.
Don’t skimp on quality for fashion choice. Respectable, but not worth it imo.

Our store doesn’t stress on the shoes you should wear but you’ll learn quickly to save your nice shoes at home! I have shoes that only wear at work because they’ve gotten really gross

One partner wears rainbow Chuck Taylors and they make my day (and that of others) so we're all well aware of the 15 page "look book" but I'm glad exceptions get in, I keep it somber myself
