Hi friends im new to starbucks in canada (self.starbucksbaristas)

I found out today I get $5000 for mental health resources. Is it possible to redeem this money in order to get a dog or something? I live alone and it technically would be helpful in easing my anxiety at night, but I’m not sure if I can do this.
