When people order a tall/grande and when I go to hand it to them they try to grab it and say “this was supposed to be a venti” I immediately take it back or dump it out and say “oh I’m sorry, let me refund you and charge you appropriately for the drink you wanted and get that remade” and it pisses people off everytime but they stop doing it 😂 I always do it because I always repeat the order back to them and have them confirm before I let them pay or pull up to the window and I usually reconfirm at the window as well. If you’re gonna try to scam, you’re gonna pay 😂

Whenever people say “extra extra EXTRA caramel” I go aggressively overboard so they stop being so dramatic about it
