Yes! My coworker who ended up making them was so confused and my SM ended up making them and handing them out and then had to explain to the woman that frappuccino’s are ice blended beverages. i guess the barista who rang them up also explained it but she didn’t think they’d look like that. we “remade” them but my manager just throw ice in the cups and then blended them again. she was an utter joy to serve 🙄

Yeeeaaaaahhhhy. This wouldn’t have flown at my store. Like, we’d explain that this is exactly what she ordered. If she didn’t know that, okay, but she would have to either drive around again or come inside. You’re not gonna hold up the line because you didn’t know what you’re talking about.

I refuse to make these. Ice is a core component to the drink. I’d wait till they got there and ask them how they expect you to make a frapp with no ice.

I had a no ice Uber eats frappuccino. I called the customer, ignored. I made it without ice only to receive a very angry call later to which I directed them to check their voice-mail and explained how a frappuccino is made.

used to have a woman come thru that would order 4-6 mocha frappuccino’s, make one, prep the others. because she would take them home & make them herself throughout the week. like we would put everything but ice into the cups for her 🥲
