Can you tell me how the heck iced coffee is “supposed” to be made?! (self.starbucksbaristas)

In a cube - one bag brewed on half batch, with 6 venti scoops of ice

In pitchers - one bag on half batch fills two pitchers with three venti ice scoops each

This is good to know! Now I can make an extra batch when I open and store in the fridge! 🙌

That’s what we do! We keep four pitchers out and two cubes in the fridge

For brewing:

You brew the coffee in half batches (there are smaller bags for quarter batches but we don’t use those), cut it with ice 1:1 ratio.

We dispense it into a cube, fill with ice to the just below the ridge and dump in the toddy. You can also dispense a batch into two pitchers, fill to top with ice.

For serving:

3/4/6/7 pumps of classic, iced coffee to top line, ice. If adding milk, iced coffee to 2nd from top line, dairy to top line, then ice.
