There was one standard for an iced cappuccino made with steamed milk foam, that got replaced with cold foam, and then in 2019 it was officially discontinued. There's no longer any official recipe card and the training at the time said to recommend an iced latte with cold foam. A lot of stores still make it with cold foam, probably the ones with a lot of older partners, but it's no longer a standard menu item.

It's not on the app. Iced lattes, flat whites, macchiattos, mochas, but no iced cappuccinos on the app. My SM told me it used to be a menu item and since it's just espresso and milk you know we can make it but it has not been part of training. It was not part of my training in January 2021

my store makes them only if the people working that day know how. we weren’t trained on it but it’s passed down as people order it. i learned about it a few weeks ago and just taught it to a new-ish hire. basically, it’s a 50/50 shot of being able to order one at our store.

Nah it’s just that newer baristas don’t really know how to make it. They only reason I know how is bc we have one regular that gets it and one of our coffee masters taught me.
