I'm so sorry, that person should be banned from all 'bucks or at least your store. If you see them, you should be able to go to the boh until your partners clear them. It's your Third Place, you earn it ever day!

He was on DT and my ssv was right next to me and heard everything, she just shrugged and said “yeah people can be rude” :/.

That's what I thought as well... Like at first I literally thought he was joking (I told him we were out and he first said "for fucks sake" and I was mentally like "I understand that feeling I suppose") but then he dropped that on me and I literally froze and my stomach dropped out 😬. Brought back a lottttttttt of bad feelings.

That's what I thought as well, too bad my morning SSV seems more interested in retaining a shitty customer than defending her baristas.

Is there any way you could change to night shift? Assuming you’re a green bean that means you probably have t been at the bux long enough to transfer :( you deserve better

Thank you, it's only my second week so you're right about the transfer. I like *most* of my morning / mid crew, there's just enough people that don't like me just on the fact that I'm new that it gets uncomfortable for me. I asked for nights but we're severely understaffed for mornings so I just kinda get what I can get.

Even if your shift won’t let you refuse service (which you absolutely should be able to for language like that!!!) you could definitely say you’re not comfortable serving them and have someone else step in for you in dealing with that customer.
