i have a regular (who comes in between 9pm-10pm i may add) who gets a tall shaken espresso with 10 shots every other night …… it barely even fits the cup

I wasn’t too sure if posting a pic of the POS is against the rules here, I checked the rules and I couldn’t tell. if it is let me know pls and I’ll remove :)

We have a regular old woman that comes in once a week or every other week and gets 20 shots of espresso in a venti double cup. I think she puts it in the fridge it uses it over the week.

The other day I had a different person who said they wanted 6 shots of esp in a grande drink but had like zero knowledge of our menu besides that frapps existed. I explained what is in a latte, americano, iced latte, cold brew, and that yes frapps are cold. Before they got a mocha frapp with 6 shots added with the frapp roast. It filled to the line before the milk and was super liquidy.

Because, you know, 10 would just be way too much...
