this is always how we try and reason stuff like this (venti cups full of just refresher base, etc)
but honestly.. they probably just have no clue what they’re ordering when it’s through the app. they just like to tap buttons lmaoo

Actually i believe the culprit is Uber Eats. The only option under "ice" on their menu is "no ice" so they may be trying to get EXTRA ice for their fraps and not realizing.

Customers are either trying to cheap out and get more drink,,, and not second thinking it or they’re blending it at home so it doesn’t melt during the delivery

Edit: No, I just blended it. There is a pretty thick layer of foam, and my shift said to include a shot of blonde since they paid for it.

wouldn't it have made sense to sub the frap roast with two blonde shots since that's the standard if it were labeled decaf? it doesn't mention "single" anywhere, so that's why I'm confused by your shift's advice
