What is the ASM pay? I’ve been with Starbucks for 5 years and right now I’m making 14.1 as a ssv in NC. I have an interview for an asm position in Texas and so I was wondering if it’s a livable wage

Might depend on where in Texas, but around 40k.

Sorry for the late response! That's right around me, 40k is a pretty standard starting salary. We have a lower wage here, baristas start at 10, shifts at 12 something.

I’m pretty sure asm’s are salaried? But don’t quote me on that I’m not sure what a salary for a starting asm would be though

Yeah I think they are .... I’m just not sure if it’s worth it all if the pay isn’t livable

Appears to be about 18 an hour if you look at the salary as an hourly payment. So unless you work 40hr work weeks it will be less. I make more as a ssv in my state.
