Maybe you can transfer to another store? If the whole store is giving you an issue, I don't see things realistically being able to change a ton even if you are able to anonymously report them.

But if you go to another store, maybe it can be the new beginning that you need? You can do the job that you love hopefully with better people.

You can contact pcc or your DM but if its your entire staff they will probably do little. Is there specific examples you can use to point out to your dm how you are being mistreated. They will probably want detail.
