I'm in Mississippi! It's so wild to meet another 254! I feel old with all the newer partners I've heard of hanging up their aprons. There was a better time lol. My SM is a 199.

I (was) a 254 (quit last week)!!! I’ve never seen another 254... hi number neighbor! I’m in FL and I was one of the senior partners at my store when I quit. The turnover rate is wild right now 🤪

When I steam the micro foam I make sure the wand and pitcher move only once or twice, and I aerate it for less than a second. If the foam comes out right and isn't too thick, I pour it so it cascades down the side of the cup so the crema doesn't break then move to the middle for the dot once it's about 2/3rds full!

When I first started a shift taught me this specific technique :)

Only thing about it is that you do have to go slow :/ its not super practical for flat whites during a rush

Im a 253 but I had license store experience before that. I was so close to winning a Barista Challenge with a flat white but it was no where NEAR as beautiful as OP.

I was told our store (located inside of a local grocery store) doesn't get partner numbers. I think you only get them if you work in a stand alone store
