God I love this and wish I could do it.
The vast majority of baristas in my store are not cis. Some are trans, some are nonbinary, I'm genderfluid, I'm sure there's more. Anyway, I've joked about writing "please don't gender the baristas; it scares them" on our plexis, but I would never actually do it because it would be gone immediately and I'd get a talking-to.
