HOW TO CLEAN NEW OVENS?!? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Can someone please tell me how to clean the new ovens?! The old spray doesn't work, cafiza tablets don't work, urnex doesn't work. I feel like we've tried everything including scraping and they just can't get clean like the old ones...

Nothing fucking works on them 😂 I use Easy-Off spray that I get at the store since our store hasn’t been sent oven cleaner in almost 2 years at this point. Our SM orders it on every truck and it gets zeroed out. We got a bottle from another SM but it lasted about a week before it was gone. Easy Off extra heavy duty works wonders though, just wear gloves 😂

Welp, guess I'll be making a trip to the grocery on my half today. Hahaha but glad to know we aren't the only ones with issues.
