asked for a latte foamed like a cappuccino <3 then complained that i marked it as C and not an L so that my friend knows what to make <3 because she asked for a latte foamed like a cappuccino and not a cappucino <3 asked to talk to the manager and told her i cant make coffee and the manager explained to her that i had to mark it that way bc its the same as a cappucino<3 and this bitch was like well it was too intense tasting.. sorry thats what cappucinos r like idk what to tell u<3 ik it could be worse but it was my first rude guest ever and i cried lol

That absolutely sucks. For what it's worth, I'm an assertive medical professional, I've had patients yell at me, assault me, curse at me, everything, no problem. But in the nine months I worked at Starbucks, I cried on the floor three times. Karens are a whole new level of destructive frustration. So sorry you had to deal with that. You did the right thing.
