I was working a 330pm to 830pm and just went through a shift change and in the middle of a rush. I am by myself (typical target Starbucks). An older woman who was waiting in the line wanted a pikes place. I had not had time to grind the beans and brew due to the rush. She gets mean and says you don’t have ANY coffee. I reply that I don’t have any fresh coffee and have been busy but I can brew some and it will be ready in 3 minutes. She says brew it and wants me to get the manager. He comes up and the only thing she can say is “why doesn’t she have brewed coffee “ she gave me a hard time as she waited for the coffees. She wanted honey, napkins, stir sticks, brown sugar. Just anything to keep me from focusing on the next customer. My manager stood up for me and thought this was a very bizarre complaint. It was still very hurtful for the customer to boss me like this. Rant over lol
