Yep. Read a review that called me out specifically and that I pretend to take calls. Don’t read them.

I like them because if you like absurd humor then they’re actually hilarious

someone left a review on my boyfriend's store (2nd busiest store in the district) and said:

"every time i go here it's like my coffee is made in a rush or something" 🥴🥴🥴

My grocery store kiosk has a review criticizing the drive-through. Like, sir, if we have a car come up to our kiosk in the middle of a grocery store, we have bigger problems than your coffee.

Not only at my stores do we read the reviews on google, a girl who has one of those vinyl machines takes the most absurd and makes shirts for herself/those who want them with the reviews. One barista has a shirt that says “the most rude employee in the city who should not have a job in customer service. Britney should reevaluate her career choices”. Britney is the sweetest but she get flustered easy and is also a semester away from being an lpn

Brooooos our yelp reviews are a triumph! We celebrate when we know specifically one person is called out it's the best! Read them in Patrick's voice (from SpongeBob) to make it even better 10/10 highly recommend

This is the review we talk about all the time at my store, we get a kick out of being called hens squabbling around: $1

Many of our reviews were good but in the middle of the reviews was one targeting me saying "There are only two genders." I'm the only trans person in the entire store.

Yup

There is a Starbucks stand alone right across the parking lot from the Target/Starbucks I work at. Their review always get lumped in with ours but you can tell where the negative reviews come from because people basically come in and tell us how bad it is over there. I still don't understand why it exists. 🤦🏾‍♀️
