I guess that depends on how many hours you stated you could work. I’m part time, but I’m a SSV and work 25-28 hours a week, every week.
But if you were only available 10 hours a week and you availability is slim, your SM would likely give those hours to the full time employees first so they may not need you that week. This is definitely something to bring up with your SM as it could be they don’t need you, or they could have misunderstood your availability.

I technically work part time but I get around 20 hours per week. It does depend on availability as well as store needs. It also depends on how many hours you told your manager that you wanted (my manager had to make sure I was okay with 20 hours a week - she understood that I'm a single mom so I need the hours to be able to survive).
Also if you're not on the schedule and you got hired super recently then text your manager just to make sure that they didn't forget to send you your schedule. I wasn't on the schedule for about 2 weeks when I was first hired (I was also hired for a new store but was trained at an older store for those 2 weeks).

How long ago did you start? If it’s only been a couple of weeks it could be that you didn’t make the schedule when it was created and it’s since been updated. Do they post it in the back of house anywhere?

I work part time there and have only had a week off because of a medical problem.
