I’m so fortunate my little store doesn’t have a Drive Thru, I hear so many horror stories lol We just have crazy Uber Eats orders basically, and sometimes an occasional homeless person giving the beans a hard time

I know people at my store will order a Misto with shots and a lot of add-ins because it’s technically a brewed coffee based drink so they can use 50 stars to get it. The first time a customer did this in store I didn’t think we could but my manager let the guy do it.

lmao, i ignored the cold foam and almond milk foam and just put steamed almond milk, which was already foamy, and a little bit of vanilla sweet cream foam..
