walk me through your pour over routine please. i cannot remember if the scoop amount varies

wet your filter. This helps reduce a paper taste in the coffee

make sure your coffee is ground for paper filter. If the grind is too coarse the coffee will be weak, if it's too fine the coffee can become too strong, over-extracted and bitter.

put 2/3/4/5 scoops for Sh/T/G/V sized cup

Pour hot water in just enough to wet all the grounds and wait for the bloom of bubbles to settle down, then do a slow continuous pour of the remaining water in a circular motion.

We have a sign with the scoop numbers and I would honestly be lost without it. I think it's the same as syrup pumps? 2 short 3 tall 4 grande 5 venti but I'm not looking at the sign right now so not 100% sure

I feel like it’s 3/3/4/4… or maybe 2/3/3/4? I know two of them are 3 scoops

I always use the sticker though
