Maximum days in a row we can request off (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m planning a trip for next year and I’m probably going to need 10 days off in a row. Is there a limit on how many we can have without being a leave?

You have a 10 day trip coming up in July and haven’t requested off yet? 😬
millzzzzzzzzz 2 points 2y ago
no 😭 i’ve only been at starbucks for about 2 or 3 weeks so i’ve only really just figured out how to work the app and stuff lol. i requested it off today though so really hoping it gets approved!

I would def try to get it in this weekend or someone else might’ve beaten it to ya. Have to be careful with other partners wanting to request same days off as you.

Yeah a month requires a LOA. I’ve been taking 2 weeks off at a time and they’re always approved. In February, I was off for 21 days and I just used my vacation hours.

No but you should request them now before your manager makes the schedule!!! If it’s not a paid leave it’ll just be time off. But always have to be 3 weeks in advance

I was just approved for a 3 week trip to Greece. 2 years ago I did a month. 10 days shouldn’t be a problem.

When are you going? I’m trying to see when I want to schedule my trip to Europe for early 2022 but I’m scared the restrictions will go up again and I won’t be able to go

3 weeks & under request off; over 3 weeks LOA

i’m taking off 14 days in January so you should be fine as long as you put in the request pretty early:)

I took off two weeks for august and it went through so u should be fine

No. You can take off as much time as you want but after like 3 weeks or something you’d need to go on loa instead of time off.
