Green bean question about food/drink markout (self.starbucksbaristas)

Alright I’ve been working with the siren for about 3 months now, and I use my free drink/food mark out atleast twice a day, (i usually get something to drink or eat on my breaks and then my sisters like to ask for drinks and cakepops when I’m off)
However ive recently read somewhere in a few siren Facebook groups that partners have gotten fired over “abusing” this free drink/food markout? I guess we are supposed to get a free drink and free food just once a day? Because corporate is able to see how many times we use our mark outs per day? :c
So my question is what exactly is the policy about mark outs? How many times can i use it in a day? I know it’s a stupid question but I’m so confused because my SM or SSVs never mentioned anything about “abusing” the system :c especially whenever I’m off and i order three drinks for my sisters, my ssvs will use my markout for all three drinks separately, which i appreciate but if this is going to cause trouble id rather not get the drinks for free then :c I don’t want to be fired or in trouble for something that can be avoided 😣

You get a free food once per day, and a drink whenever but generally it’s 30 min before, during your breaks/ shift and up to 30 min after your shift. Pandemic “benefit” is on days you don’t work you get one free drink and one free food. You shouldn’t be getting like 6 free drinks after your shift for friends and family since it’s meant for you.

I'm pretty sure it's one drink per break. So if you have 2 tens and a lunch that's 3 drinks for that shift. A shift with just one ten = one drink, 1 ten and a lunch = 2 drinks. And yeah, you can only get a markout no sooner than 30 minutes before your shift.
And then the 1 free drink and 1 free food on days off.

The drinks aren’t limited on the clock, you can just only have one marked out at a time

I've worked in two stores and have never been able to take food without paying. Is this everywhere?

Its not here in Canada but it is in the states, idk about anywhere else

Yes, you very much can get fired for this. Your SM and SSV should know better, which if they’re aware of and authorize this, I think that’s the only thing that will help you out.
