Hey guys, I think I may need to call out of my shift today; how many days are we allowed to do so and is there any special protocol? I’m a green bean and my trainer didn’t really go over this with me and I can’t find anything on the partner hub...

There’s not a specific limit, but “irregular attendance” can result in disciplinary action. It’s pretty much up to your SM.

Awesome, thank you so much! I just really feel bad calling out since I’m new but I pulled something in my groin so it hurts to move and I have an 8.5hr shift today 😬

Take care of yourself!! If you go to work injured you’ll just prolong the problem and that helps nobody ❤️

There isn’t any protocol on how many times you can call in. It is recommended to call in at least 3 hours before the start of your shift to give adequate time to get it covered.
