I have an interview as a barista tomorrow...I have no prior work experience...it’s my first ever interview...what should I expect, who do I wear and will I get the job ? (self.starbucksbaristas)

They're messing with you, don't worry about it.
What you wear isn't as important as making it obvious you took time on your appearance. If you're a guy; shave or trim and use hair product, wear a button down shirt with a collar and clean shoes. If you're a lady do your thing, just go for professional.
They'll ask you why you want to work at Starbucks, the best answer is "I like people and coffee", they're looking for barristas that will make them look good, create an inviting and welcoming environment, and show up so try to focus on those traits. Think of a story you can tell that shows you have these traits, be it from school or w/e.
Starbucks knows that most of its work pool has never worked before, and they're okay with that, so don't sweat it. Just keep calm and show some excitement about working there and you're in.

I had an interview today. Basically l was hired on the spot. I wore a graphics t shirt, biker jeans, and Jordan’s. I was hired on the spot basically, not an ideal look for a job interview but I don’t have any “professional”clothes at the moment since I have just quickly left my other place and only packed a few things. But I don’t think they care about appearance clothing wise. Just give them good answers to the questions, make a couple jokes, think that worked well for me.
Will you get the job? Idk I think I got hired on the spot she texted another manager at another location about me while I was at the interview and sent the background check to my email within 1 hour of me leaving. I’ve never held a job before outside of owning a website. So just be confident, first question I was asked was why do you wanna work at Starbucks? I told her I enjoy drinking frappes and macchiatos, the rest was just a normal friendly convo. With a couple corporate questions tossed in. Just act yourself. Honestly I didn’t know much about Starbucks before today but they offer a lot and it seems like it’ll be a new family for me

Yeah no problem, I just got to this subreddit today and I’m seeing a lot of negative posts from other Starbucks workers. Like I understand where they’re coming from but on the other hand I think everyone’s location and experience will be different. So I’m just going to give it a try , try my best and hopefully it’s not too draining
