So I started not to long ago at my location, and was wondering how do I collect my tips?

Next time you work, just ask your shift supervisor if you can get your tips! Most stores seem to do tips every Tuesday. They probably have an envelope or something in the safe with everyone's share of cash tips for the previous week. Any tips left through the app are added onto your biweekly paychecks, so you get those tips automatically.

Also you can collect them on a day that isn’t Tuesday. Otherwise you end up with weeks of tips adding up and sitting there.

Ask an SSV, they’ll grab them for you when they open the safe next!

Ask your shift to do it during the mid day count or when closing. Or just ask any time really as long as its a time 30+ minutes before close and 30+ minutes after open.
