Barista championship resources? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi all. I signed up for this years barista championships and I’m having a hard time looking for resources to read up on. Specifically machine maintenance and the components of a shot of espresso. I’m looking online at sites that are not Starbucks affiliated. I tried the partner hub but perhaps I’m not looking in the right area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Search the partner hub for the Beverage Resource Manual and... The... There's a maintenance manual for the mastrenas as well that I can't remember the name of. Something something & Equipment Maintenance I think.
