If only they would fix it to not allow people to push through orders for items that can't be made. It literally says "Sold out at this store" even if the item is favorited but you can still add it to your order and send it through.

it happens with the regulars... if they have the order saved it will push it through regardless of if it’s marked unavailable. it’s the dumbest thing and so frustrating bc ppl get mad, so I’m just there like i’m sorry but I didn’t code the app. 🥲

For a multi billion dollar company there are so many things they could do better. It's honestly depressing.

Wish I could like a thousand times. Took the words right out of my mouth.

My app doesn’t let me send it through if it’s marked as sold out, but I can add it to my cart

That’s bizarre, at my store in the US they can’t push anything through that we’ve marked out

Hi, lurking customer here. Why is there a shortage? No hate, 100% the opposite, just casually curious.

Because COVID has disrupted the supply chain worldwide. The warehouses lack staff and if I had to guess, the way they source these supplies probably came from places that are struggling from COVID as well. The world has lost a lot of the workforce to death, disability, unemployment benefits, and people simply learning their worth and trying something else.

My app has been showing that for quite some time now ...
