hey friends! i'm a partner of about 5.5 years (221) and i recently interviewed for a barista position at the chicago reserve roastery. i haven't seen much about the roastery on this sub and i'm curious about the experiences of both getting the roastery job, as well as what it's like to work there.
if any partners want to share their experiences that would be awesome, and i'd love to share my own journey and answer any questions anyone might have about what i've experienced so far!
