licensed stores are the ones you will find inside of grocery stores (i.e. target or tom thumb) and corporate stores are what you might call stand alone stores

I worked at Target Starbucks like 2 years ago and I recently got hired at a corporate! Way different, theres more partners of course so you wont be left alone, more food at corporate stores and drinks. Busier but you do have more partners and basically everyone has their own station.
