We used to have one of those (M). She literally would threaten other baristas with physical violence and she didn't ever change. She was 30 years old and the first barista she threatened was a minor at the time too. She had multiple write ups over time and also had a mediated conversation with another barista (T) but it wasn't until T was literally on the phone with our SM WHILE M was threatening her (M knew she was on the phone with SM but still did it anyway) and screaming at her (over literally nothing) that M finally got fired. And M was surprised she got fired and STILL continued to harass T for a while after.
So what i'm saying is, if she hasn't changed yet especially after many similar instances then she's not going to. It's not worth your time to try to befriend her. Just continue to report whenever she does or says anything and if she ever does anything like message you, screenshot those messages. The more of a paper trail that your manager can collect the more likely it is for the appropriate action to be taken. You do not have to take her negativity, you don't get paid enough for that. Starbucks is supposed to be your third place and if another barista is blatantly making it a hostile work environment then that needs to change. Whether she gets transferred, fired, or has some sort of action taking to actually fix her behavior, it needs to get done.

Hey! This has been happening at my store as well. HR told me that the best course of action is to go to the district manager. Wishing you the best of luck!
