How on earth did people survive before oatmilk existed? Also, how do you milk an oat?

After oatmilk was taken off mobiles due to shortages we had a lady that put “make with oatmilk” in her name on the app. She then proceeded to yell at me when I told her we couldn’t just make the mobile with oatmilk for free and that she needed to add a dairy alternative for the charge, or she could order at the store.

A coworker told me that a customer told him “it’s ok to take it off the shelf your manager said so I talked to her!” And he’s like something along the lines of it’s not Starbucks standard then they Said well I talked to your dm and he said it was ok jokes on them our dm is a lady then they bitched to our store manager and he basicly said to ask him and he’ll take care of it
The oatly brand isn’t the same as the barista edition of oatly it’s like formulated different other then that everyone is like ok! Then I’ll do almond milk then! Or they’ll be like that’s ok! Then walk away so besides that one person it’s been chill here 🤷🏻‍♀️
