I leave for college at the end of the summer and I would really love to keep working at my Starbucks when I come back home in the winter. I know you have to work at least once in a 3 month period to be an active employee and I believe school isn’t an LOA reason. Has anyone found a way to stay on while in college somewhere else? I know the answer is probably no but I can only hope! I’d love to just transfer to a store near my school but I really want to take time to adjust to college.
