You get a 30% discount on anything in the store. You can buy stuff with your discount to give to friends and family but you have to give your partner number yourself. Occasionally you can get a bigger discount on anything or just select items, this is typically announced in the weekly update. Make sure you add your partner number to your Starbucks app by logging into your app account on a desktop computer and updating your profile, then you can get your discount when you mobile order and earn 3 stars per dollar.

You can also give away the coffee you get with your weekly bean markout, but your free drinks and food are only for you.
