Question about Sbux “SIP” plan w Fidelity(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by gjroberts93
I enrolled in the SIP plan and my pay stubs reflect money coming out of my paychecks, but it doesn’t seem to be reflected on the Fidelity website? I’m gonna call partner benefits about it soon but I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing and I’m missing something.
Any insight?

I have Future Roast with Fidelity and the money that was withheld from my pay last Friday plus the company match is not in there yet. In fact, the last deposit I had was on 5/26 and that was from our 5/21 pay day so for me it took 5 days for my Starbucks deposit to get to my 401K

This isn’t about the 401k.

got it, thought maybe the 5 day delay I experience between Sbux and Fidelity would be helpful to know

It will take it out with each paycheck, but the stock purchase is a quarterly deal. On march 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 the money taken out is used to purchase the shares. Not sure on how the purchase price is calculated, but that should be in the benefits description as well.
