We had a sign go up today for signups for the Barista Championship, being the competitive person I am I signed up immediately, but I have no idea what it is. What should I expect/what should I practice?

your SM should give you a packet on it or at least a description but it’s SO much fun! i just moved on to the district competition and it’s in two weeks and i’m so excited

i haven’t gotten anything yet :( my manager said she’s going to make us like a cute lil trophy or something so hopefully i’ll have that when she comes back
