I’ve been a partner for over two years, (og partner number 257xxxx) it would be 3 in September. I left Starbucks last fall to get a job at the Tarbucks for higher pay. Well I did get more pay- but eventually they hired a bunch more people and I lost hours. It was pretty much back to square one; but without the benefits. Sucks.
I am PROUD to say that I have accepted a full time position as a cake decorator at a nearby grocery store!!! I keep the same higher wage, AND I get guaranteed full time (40) hours. $1000 sign on bonus, too. Cake decorating is something I have a passion for. I decorate for friends privately and I have decorated professionally in the past. This position is a godsend for me.
