Take a tall, grande, venti hot and cold cup, write shots #, pumps etc on them , set them up while at the bar. It’ll click, all at once one day . Also 1 syrup pump per 4 ounce, remove a pump for caramel sauce as in macchiato. if you’re making a grande 16 oz, count as you pump, 4-8-12-16. 4 syrup shots.
